M1 Energy limits the number of clients it represents at any one time in order to assure the highest level of performance for our clients.

M1 Energy provides private capital raising, advisory, financial consulting (including outsourced CFO) and acquisition & divestiture transaction services. We maintain a vast network of private equity and debt capital providers. We are involved in initial funding for new companies, acquisition and development financing, royalty sales, drilling capital programs, sale and lease backs, restructuring of distressed debt and property sales.
